I think you presume too much regarding what bothers me and what does not. I am merely pointing out that IMHO you are overly enthusiastic about LBE’s potential given its debt situation. I won’t however call you a slickster because I respect everyone’s opinion even if I don’t agree with them.

Thank you for the feedback regarding the loans. At least we now know the loans are of a flexible bridge type. Based on what you say regarding your conversation with Gary I am to understand “the $2.3 million in loans were not paid off”. Right? They will still accrue interest charges but there is flexibility in the payment schedule. Was that so hard?
