The volume was only 69.7K shares traded and that’s pretty low IMHO. If it were 690K shares traded and moved up 16.5% then I would get excited and maybe buy some. Keep in mind if all 69.7K traded at 18 cents it is only about $12,500. Nice move up for sure but not based on anything substantive.
