Great News for the four individuals and their families. Obviously, ISM found out they never had a case. In my opinion, I don’t think they ever thought they did, but probably thought it was a good way to stop the differing opinions that were infringing on the Promotions of the Day, a few years back.
The Independent Micon Resource Report surely put a kink in any plans ISM thought they had, as it certainly proved up what many of us knew all along; that ISM would never prove up what many on the ISM board were touting.
What comes next? Could we see some action against the Rocksolids, Drillbits, doingthejobs, etc, for what they have said publicly about any of the known individuals? I would have to think Millright might have a very strong case to take some legal recourse himself for what these few people stated on these sites.
Will be very interesting indeed.
