Anyone notice the Voting Results from the June 21st AGM. A very key change to the company's by-laws occured then, "to remove the casting vote granted to the Chairman for meetings of directors was approved by a majority on a show of hands."
This is a very clear shift in the control of the company. Especially when 4 of the 7 directors are representatives of Jilin. As it should be since they own 51% of the company. Much much more on a fully diluted basis (when that occurs).
