IMO Jilin could have called in all debt and obligations 6 months ago - 3 months ago or this past Friday but they didn't. Perhaps what Jilin is waiting for is for LBE to start having some good solid cash flow quarters and then continue to leave things running so that they [Jilin] can make money off of their LBE investment.

Just a thought.
