EBF, Tantallon

As usual EBF, but expected, you are missing a basic point in that the news release was not out before the opening of trading the day after Gary left the company. That would be in violation of the law I pointed out in NI 51-102. I would also expect the Alberta Securities Commission to be investigating that as well, and do believe LBE present day management might be in for a grilling themselves in the way they acted. When all the facts are considered there is a much bigger picture and it could show one event is the cause of the other. In my opinion, if the directors and officers of Liberty had done its job according to the law, I personally don’t think there could have been any insider trading.

It seems both our companies of choice have a huge credibility issue when it comes to getting communication out to their shareholders in a timely manner.

Best
