" We expect the draft EIS will be available to the public in May 2020, subject to any delays resulting from the impact of COVID-19."

Hopefully LAC will meet that May, 2020 goal... but with the SARS-CoV-2 situation the could well be delays. I do take comfort from the expressed objective of the company to shoot for this month, May 2020. It is all coming together.
