Bill,  I am not sure that we are at this point, but ask me three month from now and we might.  As one smart fellow noticed : "we need to flatten the fear."

 In mean time LAC is : " running on empty". SP run up to $4 without any significant news other then small upgrade. I feel SP will pulback to $3.50 sh, if I had cohunas -would sell part of my position and buy back. On another hand any news like "opening construction" can drive SP again so its kind of risky as we approaching second half of 2020.  GL.
