JD, agree with your assessment and it just reinforces how much more important actual "Milestones" are to the performance of a stock vs rumor and innuendo (R&I).  R&I will definitely move a stock up or down and it can be a significant up or down tick, but sustained and substantial lifting of the share price requires some sort of Milestone achievement.
