Not sure how old you are, but considering how long it took to develop existing gas stations network, I am quite sure, that I wont read the book you have mentioned in your comment.

And I am also sure, that my next car (will be due in about 4-5 years) will still be a diesel.

From this point of view, my existing LAC investment may finance my final stay in a house for eltery disabled people at best. :-).
