Except for Haiwaii all the states are either West Coast or East Coast states.  I think the MOU will have more clout when middle America joins the MOU, but it needs to be emphasized that a MOU is about intention and it is not legally binding.  On the other hand the fact that 15 states have put their names on the line with the intent to convert to 100% EV trucking by 2050 does once again document the steady stream of events that mark the way for a huge increase in EV transport, both commercial and consumer, as we progress further into the 21st century.  The cork is definitely out of the bottle.
