"The Company has recently become aware of press reports indicating that the Province of Jujuy has commenced proceedings related to Minera Exar’s implementation of provincial COVID-19 health and safety protocols"  is the spin version of the CEO and Management of Minera Exar has had criminal charges lodged against them.   Either the reports from Argentina about these "criminal charges" are true or they are fictitious.  There is a big difference from the first situation vs the second situation.  IF LAC is trying to hide the fact of criminal prosecution it could adversely effect investor confidence and if the reports are true of criminal prosecution of Minera Exar's CEO and management then, of course, that also could adversely effect investor confidence.   It would appear from today's market action initially whereby LAC has crossed above the $6.00 a share barrier that most investors are not aware of the story in the Leftest press of Argentina about the criminal prosecution.  On the other hand, that press story in Argentina comes from a very biased source, so is there a possibility that the press article about criminal prosecution is false?  Well, if it is false then that too will be revealed over time.  The truth will eventually come out and one way or another will influence LAC and the LAC Share Price... so we should keep watching.   Thanks, Pavel, for highlighting it.   okiedo
