Certainly it will be harder to get financing for a North American business venture from a Chinese company/entity.  Then again, it looks like LAC admin has shifted focus from Argentina to Thacker Pass anyway, so in fact some sort of financing for Thacker Pass is important and the DFS for Thacker Pass is just one more real, not imaginary, milepost on that path to production success at Thacker Pass.  That is why I believe the DFS is indeed important for LAC's future.  It is a "proof" of concept to potential investors and financial partners.  JMO
