"China money" are out of question, certainly not under the current administration. DFS is indeed important, but that is not going to support LAC on its way to production. IMHO, for the is critical to get C-O up and running to get some source of a cash. LAC burned $10 mill in Q1, it looks like they got enought money in the bank  to carry on for another 2 years, but they better get C-O operating in 2021.
