They are billing themselves as the first commercial Pick Up with 4 in wheel Hub motors. The company purchased the old GM assembly plant in Lordstown, Ohio and the claim they will have a prodcution all electric Pick Up Truck in the market in H2, 2021... a year from now.
It almost looks like the EV Pick Up Truck market for 2021 is going to be "crowded" with all the reported and supposed entries therof. More EVs = stronger demand for lithium. GM used to have an ad line: What's good for General Motores is Good for America. I guess you could change that to: What's good for EV's is good for LAC!
