The one phrase that stuck out in this article for me was:  

"....this suggests the company is bullish in the fairly near term outlook for demand,"

This gives some support to anyone with a positive outlook in regard to the future for Cauchari-Olaroz and the JV that LAC has there with Ganfeng.  The fly in the ointment for C-O still remains:  What is happening or what has happened to the criminal charges brought against Minera Exar?
