As far as 10,000 acres leased i remember reading about other lithium companies next to lac ( very small and a long way from producing anything) i got the impression from watching battery day elon was guarding his words to avoid another 420 comment especially after what going on with nickola 

The government has , have 45 day to give a decision on dfs the general comments ended 9/14 if i remember correctly so the clock is ticking for dfs . That should put sp into low teens. i expect the real jump in sp when they get financing
