 Cal i first read this press release and thought the same thing and share price is going to go to low single digits . But i think they are going to raise money everyway possible through warrants ,senior notes,perfered stock and other ways . Kinda happy to see them build out Thacker pass without any partner and hoping some deep pocket company sees the value in lac and jumps in the near future few

the few marbles i have left plan on spending the rest of today to try and understand what the new shares will be sold at
