Piedmont Lithium's agreement with Tesla is conditional upon a delivery start date between July 2022 and July 2023"

So, this just confirms that the "spodumene concentrate" is the product to be delivered to Tesla by this agreement and points again to the question:  What, where and how is Tesla going to convert that spodumene  concentrate to what it needs to manufacture batteries?
