Coeruleus, thanks for that update.  I have been wondering about that situation for Minera Exar, however that article doesn't address the previously reported criminal charges attached to Exar's officers.  Do you have any news on the criminal charges or... in fact, is the fine just the only punishment to the Exar officers?

Translation of the first paragraph of that article:

"Jujuy a day® – The governor of the Province, Gerardo Morales, gave resources for $5,000,000 to Puesto Sey, who will be assigned to cover various community needs. It should be noted that these are funds from fines applied to the EXAR miner."

Again, Coeruleus, thanks for keeping an eye out on this situation.  If this fine is the only punishment to come out of the charges originally brought against Exar for violations of the proscription in the Province regarding Covid-19 imposed requirements then Exar is very fortunate indeed!    Okiedo
