As for the pullback,it won't last.  The share price is driven by "news" and by speculation.  Good solid "News" drives it up in a more secure way whereas speculation only puffs air into the balloon.  It doesn't take much in the way of bad news or rumor to pop that balloon for any stock being considered and LAC is no exception.  "Buy on the Pullback" is a common thought now, and it is difficult to argue against that sentiment, but also difficult to know where the "bottom" will be. 

One thing about the future for LAC, it certainly looks as though there are plenty of reasons to expect more solid news in the not too distant future.  We are close!
