Cal, the 75% total of Off Take commitment with Ganfeng ties in with the other Off Take in existence for Cauchari-Olaroz to pretty much tie up all of the production, or at least over 90%.  I don't remember the figure off the top of my head for its other Off Take.  Nothing like knowing you have a market "at then current market price" for your production.

I remain still a little concerned about this Shelf Offering info in regards to the year 2021.  No revenue just means no production for 2021 to me.  Tell me if I am wrong, but I thought we were scheduled to start production in 2021, even though it has been delayed secondarily to Covid-19 complications.  Okiedo
