Could someone post the newsletter or link to it. I always have difficulty finding it on their website and I haven't signed up for email updates. 

Also, for point 1, the shares don't count until after the offering is sold. That hasn't happened yet (though they'd have 48 hrs to file...something like that...so maybe it has and we don't know it yet).
