Finally found what I was looking for.

It was actually part of the EIS documentation at the BLM... Appendix B.  Here's the link:

Is it possible we got feedback regarding sulfide/battery production that the process was too much of an environmental impact, so we've now delayed the DFS to revamp this process... maybe by partnering with NNO?
