Regarding Cauchari-Olaroz ownership structure, IMHO the 49% ownership is slightly overvalued figure.

The local governement has the right (I believe it is mentoned in the preliminary FS) to get 8% ownership of the project once up and running. So eventually LAC will own at most, 45% of the company assuming no further redistribution takes place.
