Great job digging up that info, Bill.   It's good to see that the end-game has not changed.

I really don't think LAC is trying to pull a fast one on us.   I don't see how they could have completely accurately foreseen the market needs with things changing so fast, and the needs of their potential partners / customers a year in advance.   Now that those discussions are front and center, it only makes sense that they have to delay by a quarter to make final adjustments.    As frustrating as it is for things to push out, I don't think it's unwarranted or unexpected in this case.
