Steve, take a second look at my post on the Thacker Pass production date... I view the production date as being moved back closer to the present.. from late 2022/early 2023 to:  Q3 of 2022.  I may not be overjoyed at that small move, but I am glad to see that this is an exception to the previous pattern for LAC administration in that before this they have always moved the Goal Post farther and farther out... kicked the can down the road.  With this announcement on the Time Line they actually brought the can back closer to the present and shortened the expected time before they go to production.  I am happy about that, as long as it holds... but who knows if they won't go the other way tomorrow?  So, I am happy for as long as it lasts.  Eternal optimism, right?  Maybe not, but it will do on a temporary basis.    Okiedo
