Seems like 1/2 of the ATM being complete and share price holding relatively strong at a new bottom is a good sign.

I called and spoke with the IR folks late last month. They indicated that the DFS should be completed by Q1 2021. My guess is that language is a bit of a hedge, which makes sense.

Is the JV language about Thacker new? Conceptually, I recognize it's not a new concept or idea, but I didn't recall LAC explicitly saying it before.

On your question, Okiedo, it's a little bit beyond my current technological understanding. I'd read it as what they've said though...that it's operating. I wouldn't think they'd share about process at this stage...it's a bit of a trade secret, I'd have thought.
