Well, I have not investigated the backgrount of the entity mentioned on Sedar, just by looking at the ownership (14%), it can be a holder of shares for Bangchak or for the management, both have simmilar amount of shares (around 14%, I dont remember exactly) while Gangfeng has certainly over 15%.
