I was referring to the same possibility in my earlier post. Obviously both companies see things different and going separate way, which is fine.

  LAC doesn’t need any foreign involvement into T-P  venture. Personally I would speculate that some US battery or car maker business will strike a deal. So let those Bangchak shares go now while they are relatively cheap.
