Interesting info....thanks WB DT.  Seeing some repositioning going on so my best guess is decisions are being made.

Another piece to the puzzle that is the re tooling of carbonate /hydroxide mixture.

I am sensing they are close to choosing a path forward and locking up the details.  Joe Lowry named  St. Patrick's day.

One day in the not too distant future...many factors are going to collide and we should see a significant jump.
