Great find and even better questions, WB DT.  I wonder if the deal with Ganfeng was made prior to the present Executive Orders regarding essential mineral export restrictions?  At any case, as the political climate changes then any existing agreements may also be subject to change.  Definitely something we will all keep an eye on with our transformation in the U.S. government here early in 2021.  Thanks for posting this, WB.    Okiedo
