See the below links for detail.  I know there is only a couple of weeks between 1/21 and 2/5 but shareholders should offiicially know the facts.  This is a very important fact to get straight one way or the other.  I believe the 1 year clock started on 2/5/20 but I would love for someone (preferably LAC if you are listening) to prove that it started on 1/21/20.  I own shares but much more importantly I own Calls in LAC with expiration dates of 2/19 and 5/21.  I hope I am wrong about the 2/5 date.  If so I would feel even better about my 2/19 calls.
