Agree on all those points, trades82.  Wish we had more information about the actual reasons for Bangchak's actions.  It is one thing to speculate on those reasons and another to really know and understand their actual motivation. 

I wonder if Bangchak has any other investments in Argentina?  Maybe it has to do with just wanting out of Argentina?  Great comment about the share price staying relatively stable ins spite of the ATM Offering.  Onward through the FOG.   Okiedo
