Thanks, WB-DT . Just like  ElithX  I speed read thru it .   I am glad LAC doesn’t have to deal with spotted owl, LOL. Bold eagle preservation takes number one priority  on a list, seems.

Personally I think dealing with sulfuric  acid should have take priority in safety and environment

The rest is normal good stuff.

…”Lithium sulfide for use in solid state batteries would be produced in a three-step process with a pressurized reactor in an aqueous solution or in a non-aqueous high temperature reactor operating between 900- and 1,400-deg..

…Approximately 800 tons of lithium metal would be produced annually in Phase 1. Lithium metal is produced via electrolysis by passing a direct electrical current through a molten salt bath consisting of potassium chloride and lithium chloride.

…The battery manufacturing process and battery plant has been removed from the proposed Mine Plan of Operations”!!!

I agree with ElithX second point  that future partner asked LAC not to be involved with that business, good decision, no reason try to compete in that area which is not LAC’s forte.

That gives me idea – what if LAC future partner is BATTERY Maker.?!
