What are you even talking about? I really don't understand. You keep saying you're long here, but you basically talk it down at every chance. They're playing it smart. They've provided plenty of positive updates, but at this juncture, they literally have nothing more that they can say before an ROD. They've shown tax abatements. They showed training of workers. They touted the final EIS. In his presentation, he made clear honest and clear facts. He fulfilled his legal fiducary obligation. There aren't optimistic comments to be made right now. What's he going to say "We're getting an ROD for sure." He said "We'll have an ROD by Jan. We're not doing take off agreements. And, we'll have funding/partnership in first half of the year." What about any of that is not optimistic? Come on.
