Looking back Thacker Pass is so  much closer now, we just waiting for final formalities, in this political/economical climate it is no brainer that smooth sailing is ahead.

  When it comes to SPAC and EV investing I think that investing in Lithium is much safer and risk free , not every EV maker is going to make it. Just like with early  ICE companies - where is Studebakers, Packard , AMC, etc.

  So personally I prefer supply chain , every car maker will rely on it, even SBE which is SPAC for ChargePoint (EV charge station) is fine with me , so and  MP – which will supply rare elements / magnets .
