It was me who called, but again don't take my word for it. Just call the Winnumeca office. They're super nice and highly accessible. She didn't say 1/15. She said their plan is sometime next week most likely and that it had to come out by 1/20/21 under current executive orders. I forgot 1/18/21 is a holiday, which means that next week really is the time. 

What she said is they've received a few comments. And even though it wasn't a comment period, they were going through everything one last time to ensure everything is covered. It was an incredibly reassuring 3 minutes of tune to spend.
