Well just to "keep my face", there are also factors, which may cause the share price go lower than that, I can name 2 straigh away:

1. Project dealys - I do not think, that C-O will be delayed once more, but it is a possibility. In Europe, the Covid is on all time high. Here we get about 10-15k cases daily (10 mil population in Czech), half of the service economy is shut down. Germany is even worse than that, hospitals at full capacity. It is summer in Argentina now, unless they vaccinate the province, we may see a return of the shut down in June.
2. Lithium pricing - the model assumes $12/kg revenue. At the moment, we are 40% below that price
