I feel the same as others on this board, there's no doubt the recent run up is not sustainable long term, however securing the permits is a massive step that does dramatically lower the stocks risk. The question is: will the news bring in enough new investors (and potentially old investors) to offset the potential profit taking. Hard to say. 

I am still debating if I should sell any shares. My plan had been to buy more shares after the final permits are issued and ride the stock up till 2024 or 2025. That will happen regardless for me. I'm just wondering if it's worth trying to gain a few extra shares if the SP drops. 

As others have said this could totally backfire if the stock dips and then quickly climbs and we sell when we should have purchased more shares.

I think I'm leaning towards holding what I have and loading up more shares little by little in Q1 and Q2 if I see any buying opportunities. We'll see.
