Yup. Will be up to $400M based on the Oct F--10 that LAC filed back in Oct. Minor short term dilution for current shareholders but it looks like we will end up owning the entire TP project. I love this news. LAC clearly has a long term plan and they are perfectly executing upon it right now. Thank you Jon and John. Go LAC!!
