It isn't like Orocobre can do that expansion overnight so I don't think this is such a big deal, besides "considering" is a little different than stating without reservation that they are going to do it. In addition, the Cuchari-Olaroz production would be already in place before they could effect their possible expansion. JMO Okiedo
