It looks like LAC has received tentative approval from the NDEP to renew their 2015 Kings Valley / TP water pollution control permit.  Should be officially approved in March.  In addition to this hurdle it looks like LAC needs to submit a new NDEP permit request to commence mining and the required infrastructure build out @TP.  I don't have any details on that yet but keep looking.  Go LAC!!
