Excellent read indeed. I just wonder (and it does not mean, that I do not believe Jon Evans). If they got oversubscription for new shares at $22, how it comes, that those rejected have not bought out the shares being sold below $20.

Is there any tax treatment for newly issued shares or what would be the reason?
