Easy little guy!  I have not been able to dig into the LAC water permitting situation but it may be more complicated than just one or two more permits.  I can't confirm the list but a source on Twitter believes we need a lot more permits/approvals before LAC can start moving dirt.  I hope they are just another short trader pretending to be long, but wrong as usual....
