Not taking "the bait" on this one Pavel.  How are all the forward thinking pro EV European countries going to do the same thing?  Governments issue car titles and registrations.  Certain states can mandate all they want and it is not so easy to buy vehicles in one state and then try to re-title them in your current state.  I would be fine working thru that loop hole but most of the kids today are too stressed out to even get off their Mom's coach to go car shopping (Carvana).  My lazy neighbor had a car delivered to his house about 3 weeks ago and it was not even a Li powered EV......
