AXP, I am posting some links over on the Off Topic Forum.  I share your opinion that since the ROD has already been issued it may not be a problem, but since the Biden administration is reviewing past policies and decisions there is no guaranty that it won't bounce back again as a barrier for LAC.  Anyway, Sage Grouse and Sage Brush are intertwined issues from the environmentalists viz a viz ammunition to oppose oil, gas and mineral development in the US, especially on Federal lands.  Okiedo
