It's pretty typical. They didn't have standing to file suit until after the ROD, so the timing is what you'd expect. It's a realtively small annoyance, generally. The reality is that you always expect some sort of lawsuit here. In this case, it's an incredibly small law firm--2 attorneys. They're not a big powerhouse firm like Girardi was with Brokovich. This is all noise, frankly.
