Those lawsuits are irrelevant.  They can not stop progress. Just like I don’t see wind turbine farms stopped. And they produce much more “pollution”, by killing huge amount of  birds, destroying landscape: as blades getting old – made from composite materials there is no way to re-cycle them , so they laying around in a wasted land creating a havoc in environment with their toxicity, - so go ahead and sui them.

 At this point best energy source with much less pollution are natural gas, solar and lithium.  I am sure LAC management will work out some deal with re-planting, donating, etc.  to pacify laments.
