Of course, there will be a dilution of LAC's share in Minera Exar as noted in this footnote from the Annual Report:

"Pursuant to the JEMSE Option Agreement, JEMSE will acquire an 8.5% equity interest in Minera Exar, which will dilute LAC’s direct and indirect interest in Minera Exar proportionately along with that of Ganfeng upon closing. For more information please see “

Not anything new, we were expecting this, so once the JEMSE slice of the pie is reality then LAC's slice will be slightly less than 45% of Minera Exar and production will still be kicked down the road to mid-2022, another year from the previous timeline.  It will all come together in time.  Lets just hope that the market conditions are as favorable in 2022 for lithium as present predictions for the industry have indicated.  Putting another year on the fire.
